  I had a very bad experience with Ashfoam. I have them a design to do a couch for me. It took the more than 2 months or so to get back to me on doing it. I was called to hurry and buy the couch that I had actually requested to be manufactured for me. I checked and even realised that the colour was nothing. Lose to what I requested but I still went to the show room only to realised it was sold. Eventually a colour close to what I wanted was done after waiting fir about 4 months or so and I was once again told to hurry to come get it so it is not sold out again. The couch was delivered, the pillows in the couch were sagging soo badly and the corner pillows were not fitting right because two pillows were sewn together to form L shape(which was not as per the design I had given them) but could not stand striaght in the couch. I returned them to Ashfoam for them to separate the two sewn together pillows into single ones so they could fit. I was called to make a payment of one hundred cedis (Ghc100.00) just to get the pillow separated. I gave them a design, they are using it for free to make and sell and when the product did not meet my requirement they ask me to pay extra one hundred cedis (GHc100.00)for fixing a minor alteration like separating two pillows sewn together. I am highly disappointed in Ashfoam and would not recommend them to any one. They will take your design without any appreciation make money from it, waste your time and ask you to pay for their mistakes.
