  Eclipse Microfinance Limited (EML) is an indigenous private Limited Liability Company incorporated on 8th March, 2013. EML received its certificate to commence business on the 15th of August, 2013 with certificate number CS159612013 in line with the Companies Code, 1963 (Act 179). Eclipse is licensed and regulated by the Bank of Ghana (BoG) under the Banking Act 2004, Act 673 and amended rules and guidelines, Notice No. BoG/GOV/SEC/2011/04 . EML received its provisional license to operate on the 23rd of July, 2013. Its corporate office is located at House No. Block G/335 Kaf International Street, Okatabanman, Adenta New Site, West Adenta, opposite Greater Grace Hospital at Pantang Junction, in the Accra Metropolis. Our office premises are very accessible, safe and customer friendly for transacting business while our trained personnel always strive to add that touch which will make our Clients’ business experience a memorable one.
