  I waited for more than an hour just to request for a new atm card. I asked what the problem was and the lady said she couldn't log in. The lady ended up asking me if I know any other branch close to my work place. I left without the atm card. Extremely poor service.

  Extremely poor service. Spent one hour and fifteen minutes trying to pay in money into the account of someone who it turned out was a staff of the bank but didn't succeed and left frustrated..... extremely poor showing....
