  Poor service Wastes time a lot Do something about this How can a passenger sit in a bus for two hours approximately and still hasn't set off for his/her destination? All in the name of waiting for the bus to be full This is totally madness Why? There are no other buses to bring thise time wasting human beings. All THANKS to you guys,my contract was cancelled. Congratulations😒😒

  Ok so it’s a nice yard, very spacious car park,there’s a police post, a restaurant, an ATM machine, a post office, a spacious waiting area, stores where you can easily get gifts for friends, they have new, comfortable busses at an affordable price.

  I boarded a TAMALE bound bus with four of my colleagues on the 19/10/17 to Tamale. Departure time was 3pm but the bus left the kaneshie/awudome yard at 3:54pn.I was on seat number 35.on board the bus,we realised the Wi-Fi was not functioning properly and most of the usb port charging system was also not working.The scarnia bus was not adjustable to suit ones taste especially if you're about six feet tall.Luckily we had a well cultured and affable personality on board called comfort Adidi who engaged we the "trouble ones"in varying topics and gave us cookies and soft drinks till we got to Tamale the next day 4am.

  You need to upgrade your website. Wanted to get some bookings and know when the next bus take off but couldn't get that done online. Called the numbers given and the person kept hanging up. All I could hear is the number you're calling is busy and up till now not even a text or call back.

  Their buses are comfortable and the customer service during a trip is on point. However there is a security issue that they need to fix. I took it in September 2016 and our bus was attacked by armed robbers. They have to make sure this doesn't happen again, and above all stop night time traveling.
