  we are being physically abuse at oshiyie by the information centre in the area .we the neighbors of the area have complain and complained for several times but he ignore our complains and he switches on his machines for operation as early as 3:30am till the time he likes. he act as if his centre is a radio station while is not using indoor speakers but rather outdoor horns speakers, for instance if not the light out today at 9:50 he is till paying music before the light went out. I respectively write to plead on the behalf of the police to do something about this thank you.
