::I regret I did not take picture. The place and standard are good no doubt about that... Very nice The food is super fresh and well done. I been to Ethiopian restaurants and what makes them unique is the experience to serve the foods in one big plate with all the various different foods. Here it is not done. The experience of having Ethiopian coffee served on the Ethiopian "cattle" along with the hot charcoal with the burning essence none existent at all. Fro the price it is charged per Buffet meal I would expect these important experience detail as i did enjoy at other Ethiopian restaurants arround the world. For this reason I give it a 3 star

::It's been my fist time with Ethiopian restaurant. And that really made my day here at Simret. It's full of authentic food with ever smiling host and staff. You have a buffet menu with atleast 3 non veg and 3 veg offerings. And don't forget to have a special Ethiopian coffee. Enjoyyyy.

::The ambience is mind blowing with a traditional touch yet still modest. The meals are very tantalising tasty and the service are remarkable. The manager keeps checking up with the client to ensure they are comfortable which offers a warm welcoming feeling and stay while there.

::Lovely little place. The food is delicious! There's a selection of tender meats and veggies so well seasoned even the stubbornest kids would enjoy. As someone who'd never had Ethiopian food until my first visit I was impressed with the attentiveness, friendliness and warmth of the staff in educating my sister and I on this new cuisine. Be prepared to eat with your hands and leave some space for the chocolate cake and Ethiopian tea or coffee! Reservations recommended as the place gets full pretty quickly.

::I was only briefly in Accra and was introduced to Simret and the charming owner by my local hosts. The restaurant is tucked away in a secluded garden and not at all visible from the busy road nearby. The ambiance is warm, lush and cozy, and the cuisine is wonderful and full of surprises for the uninitiated. Simret is popular so better to book and come early before it fills with other happy customers. Certainly going back when next in Accra.
