  The emotional trauma that endured at this hotel was traumatizing. It was a nightmare. No shuttle, bugs in room, no hot water, no water pressure, bugs in food, prices on menu not consistent with what you are required to pay, laundry burned clothing, sporadic electricity, no consistent accessibility, no internet, held hostage by hotel management (yes), and the list could go on. The hotel visually is beautiful; however, the services are a NIGHTMARE and a RIPOFF. Totally traumatized by this place and shake the dust off my feet from them. Will be notifying the American Embassy of the experience and will NEVER, EVER, recommend this ABYSS to anyone.

  despite being a good hotel it sins in the restaurant. with a little more attention it would become acceptable.

  Prices are a little above average but they have nice amenities like the gym and poolside

  Quiet place though but the light inside flashing and TV not functioning complained but no action taken Rice forms majority of the menu list.
