::Great customer service! The team is very kind and professional. They were able to assist me in purchasing flowers for next-day delivery, in spite of some payment difficulties due to me residing in the US. The Delicia flowers turned out beautifully and my S/O was very pleased. Would definitely recommend and I plan to use them again myself. ***Side Note*** If you are not located in Ghana and / or do not use one of its regional banks, I suggest you reach out to them via phone or email to coordinate a Moneygram payment (it takes 2 minutes to register with Moneygram). Alpha Beta Flora offers ExpressPay and SlydePay on their website, but ExpressPay won't allow you to make payments using a non-Ghanian (or regional?) bank. SlydePay has a daily 300 GHS spending limit for which you will have to request an increase (if your purchase price exceeds that). The Alpha Beta Flora staff were willing to use Moneygram as a payment method so I could complete my purchase.
