  This is the best and only place to get Kente. Kente is made from weaving and as you can see I'm the photos added, the two threads(or multiple colours) are carefully woven with a specific pattern to achieve the desired output. If you love craft, you need to visit here! I was blown away!

  Friends and I decided to take a quick detour on our way from Kumasi to Accra through Bonwire, we ended up spending almost 3 hours here. Got a great lesson on the history of the Kent cloth. And got the chance to view the first one ever made, 350 years old (their museum really needs a revamp though). Got lessons in weaving cloths and tried our hands at it. Now have a new respect for the craftsmanship of the cloth. Was an awesome experience.
