  Elle Mich, your review is false I was there on that Saturday when you walked in . You walked in with a very rude attitude and your approach to the lady behind the counter was very poor. Mind you if you have a problem it is up to the managers to solve it not the worker. You were insisting that she takes matters into her own hands to solve it, even though she patiently explained that her manager wasn't around,you threw the glass protector at her which was very disrespectful coming from some one who seem highly educated. You came back on Monday and your money was refunded to you. Sometimes how you treat customer service reps matters. In your initial review you said they sold an old screen protector to you, which was not true as well ? Please let's be honest as customers, so customers service reps can also help nicely Thank you 😊

  I just had a horrible experience I purchased a screen protector for s8 edge on de 3rd of May 2018 and an already used product was sold to me. I complained in their shop when it was fixed that i dont think it was properly fixed but de chinese guys were adamant.. Can u imagine the screen protector which is supppsed to stick on the phone screen just came off??? I called to complain and still now response They have the worse customer service ever....they weren't even able to resolve my issues...how can pay for something and not get satisfaction?????.......i won't recommend them to anyone...all they sell there is substandard products.....i am talking from experience

  -Easily accessible in terms of proximity to the Oxford street. - The sales lady is engaging and warm to the customers. - They stock mostly Huawei and other Android Powered phones. - Parking not available...you may end up parking on the along streets.
