  Helpful welcome desk attendant to quickly answer questions and direct to the appropriate attendant. Very comfortable waiting chairs to seat on while we wait on the queue for our turn to be attended to. There were two charging points near the waiting chairs where I was allowed to charge my device. The queue moved along quickly. Service personnel were very polite and helpful. There was however a clerical mix up with my invoice and I got called back to pick my device which could then not be traced with the number on the invoice. But this was quickly rectified though I had to make two trips for that error. Service personnel were apologetic and very helpful. I was even given a free Samsung carry case for my patronage. My device spent no more than one week to get the screen changed. I would definitely recommend this Samsung customer service center.
