::Ghana BLS, the company in charge of managing the Visa for Spain is terrible and incompetent. It took them more than 2 months to process a Visa while they guaranteed the process shouldn't take longer than 2 weeks. Moreover, the lady on the phone was so rude and unprofessional, telling us to call the embassy to follow up on the process while we paid them to do this very job. The Embassy should urgently reconsider the partnership with this company and I would recommend anyone to avoid working with this company.

::Really disappointed about the services.First, input the wrong number, even my nationality on Refusal annulment is wrong.It's so ridiculous, I had to doubt your worker here they didn't read applicants document at all. But I still wanted to believed that mistakes may come from VFS center as they explained. So I went to embassy to appeal in person after Spain stop the contract with VFS. It was still failed,the reason the gave to me it's really funny. They said my visa in Ghana has already expired.Excuse me, can't you read my visa carefully, the expired date is 31st Jan. What's more,the other reason is that I didn't mention that I'll back Ghana after travel. Pls ,as a Chinese, after traveling why I should back Ghana instead of CHINA ? And I already hand all the air tickets booking and scheduled to you which fully proved I'll back CHINA after travel . How can it be a problem for you to refuse me? Anyway Spain is still nice for me but I'll not suggest any foreigners come here for applying visa.They're just waste your time&money. Their work suck!

::I have been desperately and constantly trying to get some assistant for a friend in Ghana via email and calling at leas 25 times in the last 3 weeks to speak with someone about the students visa requirements and no one has responded. what is the point of having an embassy who's staff does not answer the phone nor answer emails?? I am so disappointed with this embassy who claims to have good customer service policies and wishes to assist Ghanaian to their country to appreciate and learn their culture. How is that possible if you don't have staff to with good customer service and capability of answering phones and replying to emails. Come on Spain sort this lack of customer service out!
