  Nice large capacity conference room equipped with PA system, projector and cinema like seating arrangement. Neat washrooms.

  While the staff was friendly the hotel was not a good value. If you are going to charge high prices then the customers should expect a good service. Upon arrival, I was checked into a room that had no AC nor fan. They said they would move me but asked me to wait in the hot room while I waited. It took two hours to get another room. An hour after checking in, the water went off. That night the AC stopped. I called to get it fixed- the maintenance guy came to fix it- it worked for one hour and stopped. I stayed for 3 nights and the AC never worked properly. The breakfast was mediocre. There are much better hotels in Accra at the same price.

  Best western hotel be the choice for us for our frequent stay at Accra. The reasons are convenient from airport,shuttle service at every hours, friendly staff all out together have all those things which frequent traveler Are needed. Breakfast is very good.i liked their medical services and they are paying attention to small things and requirements. Suggestion:- Food menu can be readdress, as there is hardly options for vegetarians people...need to add few Indian dishes or to start with indian,Lebanon restaurant.

  The hotel person else is very kind. The place is cool. I spent about 5 weeks there and was happy with the service. I particularly liked the restaurant for local food.

  Had a great experience at the Best Western Accra. Staff at the reception and the restaurant were extremely hospitable. Rooms are clean and well furnished. Reliable high speed Internet is available in the rooms. The hotel is about 20 minutes away from the airport, so there's no chance you'll miss your flight.
