  Seven months after providing services to the public, if the NHIA fails to pay a provider one pesewa as reimbursement then I wonder what sort of review and rating it is asking from the public, especially those who know the difficulties this authority puts health providers through before paying them.

  Nice building, must structure the scheme so all Ghanaian's benefit from it.
