  I wish there was an option for zero because that would have been the perfect rating. The worst customer experience I have ever received. I was lodged in a room after a stressful journey and while trying to sleep, some group of people were singing and dancing downstairs. It was so loud and I couldn't sleep. upset, i went to the receptionist and gave him an option to ask the people dancing to lower the volume, get me a different room or refund my money and the night manager asked the receptionist to minus the the days and hours i had spent and refund me so i could get out of the hotel that late night. Yau is his name, even came so close to my face like he wanted to beat me up and told me that if he was the one that attended to me, he wouldn't have checked me into the hotel. when i told him that if he keeps up with this he would lose customers, he asked me if i was the only customer they had. I'm still in shock. That was my first day coming to Ghana and my first stay in Precious lodge and you can bet that night was my last there. I would never recommend the service!! Also the bathroom heater does not work!
